We’re Open!
We’re so thrilled to announce both locations are open. We have all protocols in place as well as new guidelines for everyone to do their part in-studio.
Please carefully read through our new In-Studio guidelines.
1.) Covid/Policy Waiver: Before attending your first class, you must sign our updated waiver.
2.) Pre-Registration is Required at least 48 hours before class time. To ensure a freshly new laundered hammock and/or trapeze will be ready for your flight (no mat rentals available). Register via phone or email.
3.) Cancellation Policy for Classes: You must cancel no less than 48 hours before your scheduled class or your reserved class will be forfeited and cannot be used for a later time.
**Please understand, we have never had a strict cancelation policy, however, we are operating at limited capacity with much more effort to ensure everyone uses a new piece of equipment and must strictly enforce this policy so that someone else may take your place. Please manage your reservations mindfully.
4.) Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class & you will be assigned a spot in the room. Sorry, latecomers cannot be accepted.
5.) Your temperature will be taken before class. Should your temperature exceed 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit we will ask that you do not attend class.
6.) Class preparation. It is best to wear a t-shirt with leggings or sweatpants, shorts are not recommended as the fabric will cause tension on your legs. Leave your jewelry at home or in the car, absolutely no rings/bracelets/necklaces as it will snag, put holes in equipment and forever damage it (likely resulting in you purchasing damaged equipment estimated $160). As well as no lotion/oil or excess deodorant as they will damage flight equipment. Do not eat 90 minutes prior to class to ensure your well being. You are not upside down for the full class, collectively 5-7 minutes, but must always honor how your body feels.
7.) Bring all items you need for class, bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and mask with you.
8.) Masks On: Per state mandate, masks must be worn over both your nose and mouth. Must wear your mask upon entering, put your phone on silent & away, sanitize your hands, unroll your mat underneath the hammock, keep your bottle of water beside you and place remaining items along the walls. Once returning to your mat you can take your mask off. You’ll need to put it back on anytime you leave your mat (ex. bathroom/exiting studio) while mindfully managing your way from others.
